Qualifications & Expertise
- Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited institution
- Active OT license in Florida, or eligibility to obtain
- Experience or strong interest in working within school, healthcare, home health, or teletherapy settings
- Comfortable adapting interventions to meet individual student needs across general and special education populations
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, working effectively with teachers, parents, and other professionals

Role And Responsibilities
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and consultation services for K-12 students in accordance with IEP goals and district guidelines
- Develop individualized therapy plans to enhance students’ academic success and participation in school activities
- Utilize evidence-based practices in both direct and consultative therapy models (in-person or teletherapy, as needed)
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create accessible learning environments
- Maintain thorough, timely documentation and progress notes as required by state and district policies
- Participate in ongoing team meetings and professional development to stay current in OT best practices
